Celebrity Comparison – Guitar Guy

Jane and I were discussing, a few days ago, what a shame it is that we’ll never be able to post photos of ourselves or the respective guys we’re currently using as material.

So, I’m thinking the easiest way to solve this problem is just to do a celebrity comparison, which actually might give our fine readers a better idea of the physical and personal assets our guys have than an actual photo of them.

So, here goes

For Guitar Guy, I’d say the closest match would be:

Dominic Monaghan

There’s one other celeb that Guitar Guy probably resembles more, in the face, but his overall persona is dead on Dom Monaghan, which is, my friends joke, the initial reason I was drawn to him, since I would do Dom Monaghan, sideways, with no questions asked.

The appeal here is dirty-sexy, compact, and artsy.  (I have a thing for the short ones.  Dunno why.)  Somehow both meticulously groomed and looking as though he hasn’t showered in a week.  I dunno what it is, but it works for me.

Think Dom as Charlie Pace in Lost.  This is perfect, as I have my own, personal, Charlie Pace action figure.

When I moved in with Jenna, she actually inspected it and expressed surprise at how similar it looked to Guitar Guy.

I often say all I’m bringing to London are clothes and my action figure.

Believe it or not, this isn’t far from the truth.
